Kesh is a small well developed fishing village in the north west of Fermanagh, just 15 miles from Enniskillen. Beautifully located on the Kesh River just a couple of miles from Lower Lough Erne, it has a strong aquatic atmosphere.
Kesh offers a full range of water activities including boat hire and away from the water there is plenty to offer! There is a wide choice of tourist attractions so plenty to occupy your days out! At the western end of the Lower Lough lies Belleek Pottery. Established in 1857, Belleek is now home to one of Ireland’s most prestigious visitor attractions. Furthermore, you can enjoy the delights of an invigorating walk through Lough Navar Forest or travel to the famous Marble Arch Caves. The county town of Enniskillen is vibrant and bustling with a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment to cater for all tastes. Other attractions include Drummoney Falls, Castle Archdale, Muckross and Castle Caldwell which are all closeby. It is also famous for its Carnival which is held every August and is a great day out for all the family.
