REAL LIFE CASE STUDY

In the severe weather storms of January 2008, a caravan situated in North Donegal was lifted by gale force winds.  The base of the caravan remained in situ (as you can see in the photographs opposite) which proved that Northern View Caravans had installed the caravan to the safest standard possible.  This 'freak of nature' caused the caravan to blow over onto another van causing severe destruction to both caravans plus some damage to a third caravan.    

The caravan was a 10 year old Willerby Lyndhurst which the owners had from new.  Thankfully they had it insured under Northern View's 'New for Old' Insurance Policy.  Under this policy, the limit for any insurance claim is 10 years and as the owners were in their 10th year they were entitled to a brand new caravan which they have just received the keys to.  The other two damaged caravans were also insured by Northern View's 'New for Old' Insurance Policy.  The owners of the second caravan which was severely destroyed also received a brand new caravan and the one with lesser damage had all its repairs carried out to an exceptional standard, leaving it looking as good as new.

The owners are delighted with their brand new Granada caravan which comes with double glazing and central heating as well as all the mod cons.  So whilst this story could have had a different ending, the owners are very grateful they took Northern View's recommendation of insuring their caravan under their comprehensive New for Old Insurance Policy.
